- Plan, promote and implement the celebration of the XXI Central American and Caribbean Sports Games Mayagüez 2010, with the responsibility and duty of exalting the image of our country.
- Prepare the stage for efficiently organized and successful Games.
- Promote our cultural heritage and history throughout the celebration of sports events.
- Exalt the managerial and technological skills, spirit of volunteerism and hospitality of the Puerto Rican people.
