Plan, promote and implement the celebration of the XXI Central American and Caribbean Sports Games Mayagüez 2010, with the responsibility and duty of exalting the image of our country.
Prepare the stage for efficiently organized and successful Games.
Promote our cultural heritage and history throughout the celebration of sports events.
Exalt the managerial and technological skills, spirit of volunteerism and hospitality of the Puerto Rican people.
Unify the people of our Island and the region.
